LOCAL AND ONLINE MINDFULNESS
MINDFUL MOVEMENT COURSES
During my courses, you'll learn to practice present moment awareness (in still positions and during body movements) and gently bring attention into your body and internal experience (for example you may start to notice body signs like stiffness, tiredness, muscle weakness, but also how your mind talks to you when you focus on the here and now). Mindful practices helps to increase awareness on whatever is happening in the present moment and learn to open up and let be whatever comes up without judgement or criticism.
Through different types of practices, you'll learn to:
Calm your nervous system down and rebalance mind and body
Regain joy and softness within your body
Learn easy techniques that you can repeat at home
Each course is very rich in content and skills and generally includes mindfulness practices, breath work, guided mindful movements (including chair/mat Yoga movements), creative free flow movement, some educational explanations on the nature of stress and how to manage it, and some reflection at the end (voluntary).

Mindfulness for Stress Reduction - Intensive course
LOCATION: Coulsdon Community Centre, Barrie Close, Coulsdon, UPSTAIRS HALL
DATES: 7th-14th-21st March 2022, 5.45-715pm (1.5 hr for 3 consecutive Mondays)

This course will be more theoretical with some mindfulness and mindful movement practices. Handouts, material and resources will be available. The course will cover different topics including types of stress responses (and how to recognize them), stress-reduction, loving kindness and self-compassion practices and much more! Mindful Movement for Beginners
DATES: 6th-13th-20st-27th April (Wednesdays) - 6.30-7.30pm
PRICE: This course is made of four sessions in total on Wednesdays at the price of £32, as new skills and body practices will be taught during each class
