Our Pain Management Physiotherapy Programmes are designed to help you take control of your pain, improve your quality of life, and regain confidence in your physical abilities. Through a combination of group support and individualized care, we provide you with the tools and strategies to manage pain effectively.

Programme Overview
Group Settings: 4-5 participants, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.
Duration: Six group sessions plus two individualized sessions (one assessment and one follow-up).
Facilitators: Pain Physiotherapist, Pain Psychologist, Movement/Dance Coach (living with a chronic condition)

One-to-One Initial Assessment
A comprehensive holistic evaluation by a Senior Physiotherapist to understand your pain, movement patterns, the impact of pain in your life, and your personal goals. This ensures the programme is tailored to your needs.

Track your progress, refine your strategies, and discuss next steps with your expert Physiotherapist.

Programme Cost and Schedule
Cost: £ 329 inclusive of individual assessment and follow up
Schedule: Every Saturday morning for six weeks. New groups forming every six months.
