Discover a New Way to Manage Energy and Fatigue
Our Energy Management Programmes support individuals with highly sensitive nervous systems to better understand their fatigue patterns, strengthen nervous system regulation, and increase resilience and energy in everyday life. Through a blend of group learning and individual support, we provide evidence-based strategies to help you manage and build energy, recover more effectively from fatigue, and thrive with greater ease and confidence.

Programme Overview


Group Settings: 4-5 participants, fostering a supportive and encouraging environment.


Duration: Five  group sessions plus two individualized sessions (one assessment and one follow-up) = total of 7 SESSIONS


Facilitators: Physiotherapist specializing in Chronic Pain and Fatigue, Psychologist with expertise in HSP

  1. One-to-One Initial Assessment
    A comprehensive holistic  evaluation by a Senior Physiotherapist to understand your fatigue, energy patterns, everyday activity levels, and your personal goals. This ensures the programme is tailored to your needs.

     

  2. Five Engaging Group Sessions
    Join a small group of like-minded individuals as you learn and practice effective energy management "life-saving" tools. [more details below]

     

  3. One-to-One Follow-Up Session
    Track your progress, refine your strategies, and discuss next steps with your expert Physiotherapist.

Highly Sensitive Individuals who struggle with everyday fatigue management and low energy.

 


Anyone looking to enhance their energy management strategies in a supportive group setting.

WHO IS NOT FOR?

This practical, skills-based programme provides tools and strategies to support energy management and nervous system regulation. It is not intended as a treatment for active mental health conditions and may not be suitable for individuals experiencing significant mental health symptoms.

Programme Cost and Schedule


Cost: £ 229 inclusive of individual assessment and follow up (discount available for the first group!)
 

Schedule: Every Saturday morning for five weeks (60-75min). New groups forming every six months.

Understanding Energy & Fatigue

  • Explore the science of energy production, types of fatigue, and nervous system regulation.

  • Understand your unique nervous system profile and how it influences your energy levels.

  • Identify your current personal window of capacity and recognise the early signs of sensory overwhelm, needs, limits and depletion.

Session 4.
Building Strength and Resilience through motivation

  • Finding your optimal activation zone without going into overwhelm: group practice 

 

  • How to introduce new skills for sensory overwhelm and fatigue management into everyday activities

  • Explore the difference between pressure-driven behaviour and value-based motivation.

Session 2.
Understanding Your typical Energy Patterns

  • Recognise your "Push" pattern: when, why, and how you override your body's signals.

  • Explore the real meaning of pacing, micro-recovery and graded activity

  • Explore practical recovery skills and Nervous System Regulation to modulate fatigue, through present moment awareness, gentle movement and breathing techniques

Sleep Hygiene and Maintaining Progress

  • Tips for sleep hygiene

  • Review key learnings and celebrate progress

 

  • Create a personalized plan for ongoing self-management

The role of Emotions in Fatigue Management 

  • Emotional and relational load of being an highly sensitive individual

 

  • Discover the connection between difficult emotions and fatigue

  • How to develop emotional attunement and self-compassion for moments of struggle
